DANG! Sooooo close! The shutter needed to be a bit faster though.
It's really difficult to make out the face.

The article there mentions the fact that the males can't sting, but does add a caveat I failed to include.
They aren't the easiest to see even in that linked image, but the males do have a good set of jaws hiding in at hair around their mouth.
So while they can't sting, they shouldn't be considered completely "harmless"; they can still deliver a good little nip.
